Qiqing He (何其青) is an education innovator and policy entrepreneur working at the intersection of AI governance, education policy, workforce transition, and equitable access to opportunity. He is the Founder of the Global AI Education and Workforce Policy Observatory (GAE Observatory), an upstreaming venue that translates emerging research, global policy dialogue, and field-based innovation into strategic insight for decision-makers shaping the future of learning and work.
His work focuses on the responsible integration of artificial intelligence in education and AI workforce transitioning, with an emphasis on AI literacy, inclusive innovation, human capacity development, and institutionally resilient approaches to change.
